If you file information to Companies House on behalf of another entity, you now need to register as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider and verify your client's identity with a selfie and photo ID.
Rather than have your client go through the process with Companies House to confirm themselves, and then go through the same process with your own MLR requirements, we have teamed up with TrustID's specialist platform to make use of their identity checks, whilst still on our pay as you go service. You carry out the required check and use your ACSP portal to acknowledge to Companies House that the checks have been done to get a personal code for your client. Your result is that client only has to go through the process once.
